Uniquely positioned on the west coast of Canada, Kitimat LNG’s liquefaction terminal will provide Pacific Basin LNG markets with access to the world class natural gas supplies in Western Canada.

Located on a natural deep water port, the terminal can receive the QMAX ships 365 days per year.

With close proximity to existing pipelines, the Kitimat LNG Terminal has the unique ability to access the natural gas reserves of British Columbia and Alberta. The Kitimat LNG Terminal will supplement the Pacific Rim’s increasing demand for LNG.

Kitimat LNG Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Galveston LNG Inc.

PACIFIC TRAIL PIPELINES LIMITED PARTNERSHIP

Pacific Trail Pipelines, a 50/50 partnership between Galveston LNG Inc. and Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. (PNG), was established to develop the natural gas pipeline required to serve Kitimat LNG’s liquefaction terminal. This pipeline will transport gas from Summit Lake, which is located on Spectra’s (Duke’s) Westcoast Gas Pipeline, to Kitimat.

Access to major transmission lines and the growing and liquid natural gas markets provides Kitimat LNG with its strong competitive position.
